We accept most major forms of insurance provided by employers in our area and supplemental Medicare policies, including:

For co-pays and visits by non-insured patients, we accept payment by cash, check and all major credit cards. Senior citizens may request a 10% discount at the time of checkout. If you have managed care and are having pain and you can not get into a provider, call us for a cost and we will get you in.
